ALMOND-PLUM OATMEAL

Almond-plum-oatmeal

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put oats into a small saucepan with almond milk; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring until thickened.
  2. Pour cooked oatmeal into a serving bowl, add plums, almonds, flaxseed meal and honey. Makes 1 serving.
