Banana Flax Meal

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put oats into a small nonstick saucepan, add milk and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring until thickened.

  2. Pour into a bowl, add banana, walnuts, flaxseed meal and blueberries.
    Makes 1 serving.
