BISCUITS QUICK AND EASY

Biscuits Quick Easy

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix milk, yogurt and olive oil until well blended. Add liquid mixture to flour, stir until dry ingredients are just moistened.
  4. Put a little less than 1/2 cup of dough per biscuit on nonstick, ungreased baking sheet, leaving 2 inch space between each biscuit.
  5. Bake 15 minutes until tops are golden brown. Makes 6 biscuits.
