KIWI-APPLE-BANANA SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup apple juice (or white grape juice), no sugar added
- 1 ripe kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 small, sweeter apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 small banana, sliced
DIRECTIONS:
- Put juice, kiwi fruit, apple and banana in a blender; process until smooth.
Makes one 12 oz drink.
