Quinoa Flakes Cereal

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add quinoa flakes to 1 cup boiling water; cook for 1 1/2 minute, stirring
    frequently. Remove from heat and allow to thicken.

  2. Pour into a bowl, add almond milk, banana, chia seeds and hemp seeds.
    Sprinkle with coconut sugar. Makes 1 serving.
