RAINBOW MILK SHAKES
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fruit, choose: blueberries, raspberries,
strawberries, banana, avocado, papaya, mango, pineapple, spinach
- 1 teaspoon raw sugar or coconut palm sugar
DIRECTIONS:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Makes one 10 oz shake.
