TRIPLE-BERRY SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of raw sugar or honey
- 1 cup crushed ice
DIRECTIONS:
- Use fresh or frozen berries.
Put all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
Makes one 12 oz smoothie.
